WEDDING DAY…
On site co-ordination on Your Wedding Day, ensuring your vision is implemented.
Liaison between all the vendors and the bride/groom on the day of the wedding. This will enable the bride/groom to enjoy the day with their friends and family instead of having to chase after vendors.
Distribution of personal flowers and ensuring everyone is in place according to the timeline.
We will ensure each person in the wedding party (ushers, greeters, etc.) are fulfilling their responsibilities and that guests are being treated properly. Once it is time for the ceremony to begin we will be ready to queue the music and keep the processional flowing as planned.
After the ceremony is complete we will ensure the guests are ushered to the reception venue and the wedding party is at the appropriate place for photos to begin.
This is one of the most crucial and overlooked segments of the wedding, but if executed correctly it will ensure a smooth and timely start to the reception.
We will keep the wedding moving according to the timeline but also knowing when to speed up or slow down.
After everyone clears out, we will make sure all your personal property and wedding gifts are properly packed and secured.

We are a fairly young company and have over 5 years of experience in the service industry. What makes us unique is our 20 year background in art, design and photography. Working in almost every aspect of wedding planning; from back of the house, front of the house, to creating beautiful wedding invitations. We are professional, real and energetic.
We speak a few languages because we have international backgrounds. We fully respect all customs and help you incorporate as much of, or as little of your family heritage as possible.
